Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.
  • Provide accurate and helpful product information, advising on suitable items for various DIY projects.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the till system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving and display areas.
  • Assist with the unloading, stocking, and merchandising of new inventory.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Support store security measures and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Learn about new products and industry trends to continuously enhance product knowledge.
