Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, respecting the dignity and privacy of service users.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer or prompt medication in accordance with care plans and training.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
- Undertake light household duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in a service user's health or well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

- Understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults.
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or other complex needs.
- First Aid qualification.
