Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for executives, clients, and partners.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness, conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Manage trip logistics, including route planning, scheduling, and adherence to timelines.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all passenger information and business matters.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate proactively regarding any delays, changes, or vehicle issues.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other needs as required.
- Adapt to changing schedules and priorities with flexibility and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Valid Code 8 (B) or higher driver's license with a PrDP (Professional Driving Permit)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (personal or corporate)
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations
- Excellent knowledge of Somerset West and Western Cape road networks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Fluent in English (verbal communication)
