Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory synchronization, pricing, and promotions.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, affiliate programs) to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Analyze website performance data, customer behavior, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Manage and optimize product content, imagery, and descriptions to ensure a compelling online shopping experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and operational efficiency.
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously improve website performance.
  • Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximum ROI on digital initiatives.
  • Ensure all online activities comply with local regulations and best practices for data privacy and consumer protection in Singapore.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an E-commerce Manager or similar senior role.
  • Strong proficiency with leading e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data-driven decision making.
