Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize compelling product listings on eBay, including detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and appropriate categorization.
- Manage and update product inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and preventing overselling.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via eBay messaging.
- Process orders efficiently, including generating shipping labels and coordinating with shipping partners (where applicable).
- Monitor eBay sales performance, identify trends, and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify popular products, competitive pricing, and new opportunities.
