Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices and enquiries.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Serve food and beverages with a friendly and polite demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the food court area, including tables, chairs, and common surfaces.
- Restock supplies, cutlery, condiments, and napkins as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as heating items, preparing simple beverages, or setting up food displays.
- Clear tables promptly and manage waste disposal according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues politely, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and harmonious service operations.
