Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings to guide the assembly process.
  • Perform precise assembly of electrical and electronic components, subassemblies, and systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Conduct soldering, wiring, crimping, and other connection techniques according to established standards and specifications.
  • Perform quality inspections on assembled components, identifying and rectifying any defects or deviations from quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Assist in the testing and troubleshooting of assembled units to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize assembly processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
