Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to understand wiring configurations and system layouts.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, components, and machinery to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, diagnostic testing, and perform corrective actions under supervision.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and work areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate actively in all assigned training modules, workshops, and classroom instruction.
- Document work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced accurately.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Required Skills
- Eagerness and strong desire to learn the electrical trade.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and physics principles.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5 O-levels including English, Mathematics, and Science.
- Previous exposure to vocational training or technical subjects.
- A valid Class 4 driver's license or learner's permit is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
