Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in all aspects of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Learn and apply electrical safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and the team.
- Prepare and maintain tools, equipment, and materials for various job sites, ensuring they are clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, digging trenches, cutting and bending conduit, and installing electrical boxes under direct supervision.
- Help troubleshoot electrical systems and components, learning diagnostic techniques from experienced professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout projects and assist with job site cleanup upon completion.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, as instructed and trained.
- Demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn, ask questions, and actively participate in all training opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients in a professional manner.
Required Skills
- No prior electrical experience required – comprehensive training provided.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Roswell, Georgia area.
- Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Valid Georgia Driver's License.
