Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Safely carry and set up tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing obstacles, and setting up safety precautions.
- Learn to identify and use various hand and power tools common to the electrical trade.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wires, drilling holes, trenching, and securing conduits under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning up debris and waste materials.
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures diligently.
- Provide support by fetching supplies, running errands, and holding components during installation.
- Observe and learn proper techniques for troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and challenges.
