Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, automated journeys, and transactional communications.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Write compelling and clear copy for email subject lines, body content, and calls-to-action that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing on various elements (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times) to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Maintain and optimize email lists, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with GDPR/data privacy regulations, and effective list hygiene.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure email campaigns are integrated with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve strategies and tools.
- Manage and schedule email deployment using our chosen email service provider (ESP).
- Assist in the development of email marketing strategy and contribute ideas for new campaigns and automation workflows.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and analytics.
