Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Process new hire paperwork, terminations, and changes in employee status promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive employee information and adhere to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Assist with the filing, scanning, and archiving of documents, maintaining an organised and accessible record-keeping system.
  • Respond to internal requests for employee information from authorised personnel in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records to identify and correct any discrepancies.
  • Support the HR department with various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to overall team efficiency.
