Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide support in the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct initial investigations and gather information related to employee inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records pertaining to employee relations matters.
  • Support the Employee Relations Manager in developing and delivering training programs on HR policies, compliance, and workplace conduct.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and exit processes, ensuring a smooth transition for staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Act as a confidential point of contact for employee inquiries and provide accurate information or direct them to appropriate resources.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a human resources or administrative support role.
  • HR certification (e.g., CPHR candidate).
