Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, introducing our solutions.
  • Identify client needs and effectively present appropriate product/service solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, using CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance skills.

Required Skills

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
  • Proven experience in a sales role or a strong demonstrable aptitude for sales and persuasion.
