Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Participate in the design and review of system architecture and user interfaces.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within software systems.
- Support the quality assurance team by developing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and training materials.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and industry best practices to enhance our software solutions.
- Contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts during various project phases, from conception to deployment.
- Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (asset).
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
