Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory efficiently and accurately.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the backroom and storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.
- Assist in preparing products for the sales floor, including pricing and staging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks) after proper training.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with products.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
