Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in common areas, lobbies, hallways, and amenity spaces within designated estates.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchens, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling and supplies are replenished.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, window sills, and common area decorations.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse in designated areas, adhering to recycling guidelines where applicable.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, ensuring streak-free results.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to the supervisor.
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or events as required.
