Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, adhering to company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Sort, stack, and organise products in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately check and verify product quantities against shipping documents.
- Operate manual handling equipment such as pallet trucks and pump trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all nightly loading targets are met.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (up to 25kg) throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
