Key Responsibilities
- Assist Event Coordinators with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support the research and outreach to potential vendors, venues, and suppliers for events.
- Help manage event budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Coordinate logistical details such as transportation, accommodation, and equipment rentals.
- Prepare event materials, including presentations, signage, badges, and promotional items.
- Provide on-site support during events, assisting with setup, registration, guest relations, and breakdown.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Gather feedback and assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
- Maintain organized records of event details, contracts, and communications.
- Contribute creative ideas for event themes, activities, and overall guest experience.
