Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient setup and breakdown of event equipment, staging, lighting, sound systems, and decor.
- Load and unload trucks and vans, ensuring careful handling of all event materials.
- Follow instructions from event managers and supervisors meticulously to ensure safety and project completion.
- Provide general on-site support, including waste management, crowd flow assistance, and basic trouble-shooting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment throughout the event lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and venue staff.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
