Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and arrangement of decorative items such as flowers, linens, lighting, furniture, and props according to event specifications and design plans.
- Unpack, organize, and prepare decoration materials prior to events.
- Support the event team in placing and adjusting decorations to ensure visual appeal and adherence to safety standards.
- Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness of event spaces before, during, and after events.
- Assist with the dismantling of decorations and careful packing of items for storage after events.
- Transport decorative items and equipment to and from storage areas and event locations within the resort.
- Perform general manual tasks, including lifting and carrying decorative elements (up to 20kg) safely.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all resort policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Learn and adapt to new decoration techniques, event styling trends, and operational procedures as guided by the team.
