Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct attendees, providing clear and helpful information regarding event layouts, schedules, and facilities.
- Manage crowd flow and queues efficiently, ensuring the safety and comfort of all participants and visitors.
- Monitor designated areas for any potential hazards, security concerns, or breaches of event rules, reporting issues promptly to supervisors.
- Assist with entry and exit procedures, including ticket checking and wristband distribution, where required.
- Provide first-line assistance for general enquiries, lost property, and basic first aid (if qualified and applicable).
- Collaborate effectively with event organisers, security personnel, and fellow marshalls to maintain a coordinated effort.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and event-specific protocols.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable attitude at all times, representing Career.zycto and the event positively.
- Support emergency evacuation procedures and crowd control in critical situations.
