Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review real estate-related documents including purchase agreements, leases, deeds, closing statements, and corporate resolutions.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including title searches, lien searches, and property record reviews.
- Prepare for and assist with real estate closings, managing closing checklists and coordinating with all involved parties.
- Liaise effectively with clients, attorneys, real estate agents, lenders, and title companies.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in preparing for real estate litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial exhibits.
- Perform legal research and summarize findings relevant to real estate matters.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
