Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their event vision, objectives, and budget for both wedding and corporate events.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including detailed timelines, budgets, vendor recommendations, and creative concepts.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors (venues, caterers, florists, photographers, entertainers, AV technicians, etc.).
- Create and manage event schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and coordinating logistics for setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Oversee all aspects of event design and decor, ensuring alignment with client preferences and brand guidelines.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements, as well as coordinate event registration for corporate events.
- Conduct on-site management and supervision during events to ensure smooth execution and address any immediate issues.
- Handle post-event evaluations, including feedback collection and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in planning and executing diverse events (weddings, corporate functions).
