Your role will involve close collaboration with clients to understand their vision, develop detailed proposals, manage budgets, source and coordinate vendors, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand event objectives, preferences, and budget constraints for both wedding and corporate clients.

- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, transportation, and technical requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality delivery.
- Create and adhere to event budgets, tracking all expenses and providing regular financial updates to clients.
- Develop detailed event timelines and schedules, ensuring all milestones are met efficiently.
- Oversee on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise before or during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
