As an Event Promoter – Festival Support, you will be on the front lines, engaging with potential attendees, partners, and communities to spread the word and ensure our festivals are unmissable. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling promotional messages, executing grassroots marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships that convert interest into attendance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive promotional strategies for festivals, targeting specific demographics and communities.
- Engage with local communities, businesses, and organizations to maximize outreach and foster partnerships.
- Manage and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community leaders to secure coverage and endorsements.
- Organize and coordinate promotional activities, including street teams, pop-up events, flyer distribution, and digital campaigns.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising channels.
- Monitor promotional effectiveness, analyze data, and provide regular reports on outreach metrics and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and event management teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Identify new promotional opportunities and innovative ways to reach target audiences and expand brand visibility.
- Represent Career.zycto at relevant industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in event promotion, marketing, or sales, preferably within the entertainment or festival industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and community engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities to overcome promotional challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to various promotional sites.
