Key Responsibilities
- Setting up examination rooms according to strict guidelines.
- Distributing examination papers and other materials accurately.
- Clearly reading out instructions and rules to candidates.
- Vigilantly supervising candidates to prevent malpractice during exams.
- Responding to candidate queries in accordance with examination regulations.
- Ensuring candidates adhere to all examination rules and procedures.
- Collecting and securely collating examination papers at the end of the session.
- Reporting any incidents or issues to the lead invigilator or examinations officer.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all examination materials.
