Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring information is readily accessible and secure.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, screening calls and directing them appropriately.
- Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other key gatherings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
- Process expense reports and manage petty cash if required.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within the executive office and across departments.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced calendar management tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a keen understanding of confidentiality.
