Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, virtual meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and distributing materials.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and summaries for executive review.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Develop and maintain highly organized filing systems, both digital and physical where applicable.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and troubleshoot issues remotely to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate special projects and events, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong command of virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
