Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation services for executives and guests.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in impeccable condition, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, and operational readiness daily.
- Conduct pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, utilizing real-time traffic updates to minimize travel time.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist executives with loading and unloading luggage or packages as required.
- Manage vehicle logbooks, recording mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules accurately.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate.
- Ensure a comfortable and secure environment for passengers.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as an executive or corporate driver.
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks, alternative routes, and traffic patterns.
- Impeccable driving record with no history of accidents or major traffic violations.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and routine maintenance.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
