Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives, including coordination of virtual meetings across various time zones.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with high accuracy and discretion.
- Organize and coordinate virtual and occasional in-person meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications as appropriate.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, manage invoices, and assist with budget tracking.
- Facilitate seamless communication flow within the executive team and across departments.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
