Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and technology are prepared in advance.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive review.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, taking ownership from conception to completion.
  • Oversee and track expense reports and manage administrative budgets as needed.
  • Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide comprehensive support to optimize their productivity.
