Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Execute minor repairs and preventative maintenance on office equipment, furniture, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and general building structures.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and distributing consumables to ensure continuous availability.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs, cleaning services, and facility upgrades, overseeing their work to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Assist with office space setup and rearrangement, including moving furniture and equipment as required for new hires or departmental changes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols within the facility.
  • Support event setup and breakdown within the office premises, including arranging meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment, and catering support.
  • Handle waste management and recycling initiatives, ensuring proper disposal and promoting eco-friendly practices.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related requests and emergencies, resolving issues efficiently to minimize disruption.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and inventory levels.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in facility maintenance or a similar support role.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift moderately heavy objects.
