Job Description
We are actively seeking a diligent, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Factory Assistant to join our dynamic production team based in Memba, Nampula Province. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators and technicians in setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery.
- Prepare raw materials and components for the manufacturing process, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
- Perform general factory duties including cleaning, organizing workstations, and maintaining a tidy production environment.
- Conduct basic quality checks on products at various stages of production to identify and report defects.
- Load and unload materials and products, assisting with inventory management and storage.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to supervisors promptly.
- Support packaging and labeling activities, ensuring products are ready for dispatch.
- Learn and adapt to new production techniques and machinery as required by operational needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and objectives.
