Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all factory areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Clean and sanitize factory machinery, equipment, and work surfaces as directed, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately, following waste management protocols.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and polished areas regularly to maintain a professional appearance.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchenettes (e.g., soap, toilet paper, paper towels).
- Monitor and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards observed during cleaning rounds.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Participate in periodic deep cleaning projects and specialized cleaning tasks.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup for internal events or meetings as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
