Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of various factory machinery.
- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products onto and from production lines efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions, unusual noises, or safety concerns to operators or supervisors promptly.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machinery, work areas, and production floors to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Package and label finished products accurately according to specifications and quality control guidelines.
- Transport materials and products within the factory using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed, ensuring safe handling.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and quality control standards at all times.
- Support inventory management by counting and organizing materials and products in designated storage areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills (ability to read instructions, perform simple calculations).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions diligently.
- Proactive and safety-conscious mindset, prioritizing personal and team safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong, consistent work ethic.
- Good verbal communication skills for effective team interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
