Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled production operators with various tasks, including machine operation, assembly, and quality control checks.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines and machines, following safety protocols.
- Monitor production processes, identifying and reporting any anomalies or potential issues to supervisors.
- Perform basic equipment setups, adjustments, and routine cleaning to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient factory environment.
- Package finished products according to specifications and prepare them for shipment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and organizing materials.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learn and adapt to new production techniques and machinery as required.
