Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of production, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring all products meet specified standards.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines, production lines, and storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the packaging and labelling of finished products for dispatch.
- Follow production schedules and ensure output targets are met within specified timelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimise production flow and problem-solve.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
