Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping all office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen facilities thoroughly, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Empty waste bins, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas in accordance with company procedures.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to ensure a streak-free finish.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and other consumables as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained, cleaned, and stored correctly after each use.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies relevant to cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial or office cleaning (minimum 12 months).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all cleaning duties.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
