Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment as instructed, ensuring efficiency.
- Perform manual tasks such as lifting, loading, sorting, cutting, trimming, and precise packaging of meat products.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) within the production facility.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on products throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any defects immediately.
- Maintain a consistently clean and organized work area, ensuring full compliance with sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with the setup, changeover, and efficient shutdown procedures of production equipment.
- Collaborate effectively and respectfully with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently, including those related to attendance, conduct, and operational protocols.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and lift objects up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg) safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong, proactive work ethic.
- Basic communication skills in English (verbal) to understand and convey information.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
