Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manual tasks related to crop cultivation, including planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting tea leaves and other crops.
- Assist in the application of fertilizers and pesticides under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and environmental protocols.
- Operate and maintain basic farm tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Participate in irrigation activities, ensuring proper water management for crop health.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests and diseases, and report observations to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of farm fields, tools, and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all farm safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
Required Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous outdoor tasks.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices and crop cycles.
