Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor, identifying their needs and preferences to offer tailored fashion advice.
- Proactively engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing positively to the store’s overall performance.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, brand history, product features, and styling techniques.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Assist with merchandising, visual displays, inventory management, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the boutique.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and client outreach activities to drive engagement and sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a fashion or luxury environment.
- Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
