Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation and serving areas are clean, organized, and meet hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and rotating products.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive attitude.
