You will regularly inspect finished rubber parts for any defects, meticulously ensuring every component adheres to precise engineering specifications. Furthermore, you’ll perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on both molds and machinery, encompassing cleaning and executing basic repairs, which are vital for operational continuity. Assisting in the efficient loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products, accurately documenting all production activities – including output, downtime, and critical quality checks – will also be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rubber molding machinery according to production schedules and quality standards.
- Learn to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot molding presses and related equipment with guidance.
- Inspect finished rubber parts for quality defects, ensuring adherence to specifications and documentation.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on molds and machinery, including cleaning and basic repairs.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products efficiently and safely.
- Document production activities, including output, downtime, and quality control checks accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE, and company operational policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and all provided training programs.
