As a Fencing Installer, you will be a crucial member of our outdoor construction crew, responsible for the complete installation of various types of fencing systems for both residential and commercial clients across the Düsseldorf area. Key Responsibilities
- Execute the installation of various fencing types, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental iron, according to specifications.
- Prepare job sites, which involves digging post holes, clearing vegetation, and ensuring proper ground conditions.
- Accurately measure, cut, and secure fencing materials.
- Set posts in concrete, assemble fence panels, and install gates with precision.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively (e.g., post-hole diggers, saws, drills).
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all installations meet high standards of durability and aesthetics.
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site, addressing questions and providing updates.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on existing fence structures as needed.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in fence installation or a related construction trade.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools common to construction and fencing.
- Strong physical stamina, dexterity, and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 25 kg).
- Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid German driver's license (Class B or equivalent).
- Fluency in German (B2 level or higher) for effective communication with clients and team.
Preferred Qualifications
