Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage ticket sales and orders accurately through various ticketing platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat regarding ticket purchases, event information, and general queries.
- Assist with the administration and setup of ticketing systems for upcoming festivals and events.
- Reconcile daily ticket sales data and prepare regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and event operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth event execution.
- Support on-site ticketing operations during events, including box office assistance and issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of festival policies, event schedules, and ticketing procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
