Key Responsibilities
- Assist various departments (e.g., Art, Camera, Grip, Electric) with on-set tasks as needed.
- Help with the loading, unloading, and organizing of equipment and supplies.
- Run errands, including picking up and delivering items to and from set, production office, or vendors.
- Set up and break down production areas, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
- Distribute call sheets, scripts, and other production documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the production office, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Assist with craft services, ensuring cast and crew have access to refreshments and meals.
- Follow instructions from senior crew members and anticipate needs to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and production guidelines on set and during transport.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from various production locations in the Binbrook, Hamilton area.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to learn more.
- Punctuality and a commitment to working flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, as required by production schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid G class driver's license with a clean driving record.
