Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report any significant changes to the nursing staff promptly.
- Assist patients with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
- Document patient observations, care provided, and any reported concerns accurately and clearly.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe patient environment, including changing bed linens.
- Respond to patient call bells and requests in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Assist nurses with various medical procedures and patient assessments as directed.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, infection control policies, and facility protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Required Skills
