Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of tender.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve minor issues or direct them to appropriate staff.
- Assist with bagging merchandise and ensuring purchases are correctly packaged.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist with product recovery and merchandising as needed during downtime.
Required Skills
