You will be responsible for maintaining precise financial records, assisting with budgeting, processing invoices, and supporting our accounting functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Maintain organized and accessible financial filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with general ledger entries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related benefits administration.
  • Participate in year-end audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle NetSuite)
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
